SWING

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

By using Swing, you agree to these terms

Swing is an anonymous, time-limited social experience that pairs you with a stranger for a one-minute conversation. Creating an account or joining a session means you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Swing

  • You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm your age when you create a profile.
  • You agree to provide accurate sign-up details and keep your account secure.
  • One account per person. Sharing or transferring accounts isn't allowed.

How sessions work

  • Each session lasts one minute. When the timer ends, the session enters a brief decision phase.
  • Profiles stay hidden until both you and your partner double-tap to like — a mutual like unlocks the room so you can keep talking.
  • If only one of you likes, or neither does, the session ends and you return to the queue.
  • Messages are visible only to the two participants in a session.

Your conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate another user.
  • Share sexual, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Impersonate someone else or pretend to be a different age.
  • Spam, scam, or solicit other users.
  • Use the app if you are under 18.
  • Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Reports and blocks

You can report or block a partner from inside any session. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or ban users who break these terms. Blocks prevent you from being matched with that person again.

Accounts and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings, which wipes your data and signs you out. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the safety of the community.

The service is provided "as is"

Swing is offered on an as-available basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that you'll always be matched, or that every session will be a good one. We're not liable for anything that happens between users during a session.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
